• YouFIX monitors many messages and projects, but cannot guarantee that every interaction is reviewed or free from risk.

Users should never send payment outside the platform or share sensitive personal information.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use YouFIX.

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Please report inappropriate behavior immediately so action can be taken.

• YouFIX may assist with disputes, refunds, or conflicts as a mediator, but is not a party to the agreement.
• YouFIX is not a contractor, employer, or service provider and does not guarantee work quality, safety, legality, or outcomes.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the project quote value provided by the service provider.
